I had wanted my eyes lazered for about 10 years and finally had the courage to have it done. The staff at Brighton were reassuring and so nice. The day of the op came but I was not suitable for the initial one and was toild I would have to have Lasik (?). The nurse was v honest and said it was v painful and Inwouldn't be able to see for a few days. I went ahead a week later. The nurses and surgeon were brilliant and I was so glad the nurse had warned me of the pain becuase I knew it was normal. Since then I have had regualr check ups. My only downside is the dry eyes at night causing me to have to wake up and so I'm tired and my eyes are sore!
