I used optical express as my opticians before having the operation, and they were always helpful and professional. I decided to have laser surgery and was well informed by the staff about it. I knew that ultimately whether to undergo surgery or not was my decision and I was informed of the likely outcomes. The aftercare in the laser clinic has been impeccable. The only improvement for me would be that when I call the store with a query or to re-schedule a post-op check, I should be put through to the clinic, rather than speaking to the front of the house staff, that sometimes appear too busy to deal with it effciently.
