Having worn glasses for 28 years, and knowign that lens replacement surgery was an option for me, it wasn't a big decision to get rid of them! Due to the level of attention, information and care given at all times pre and post op - I have never once felt anxious, concerned or fearful of what was going to happen to me ! EVERY member of the team here in Edinburgh have been FANTASTIC ! I don't know why I didn't do it years ago ! Derek in particular put me at ease from day one and not once have I felt like 'just a number' ! On the day of the op - it was more like a quick check up at the GP than eye surgery! On day two each week, my vision had improved and has improved beyond my wildest dreams !! I would recommend it to anyone and have been doing !
