Very happy with the customer interaction of the staff throughout pre and post operative visits. Minor 1/2 hour waits to be seen might annoy less patient people than myself. Surgery is a distant memory due to the ease and comfort that I experienced in store. All side effects and discomfort I experienced where fully expected due to the knowledge imparted by the staff and were therefore easier to overcome. Just wish I had done it earlier in my life.
