As warned, I had a few hours of watery and itchy eyes, then that went away and they were dry for the first week, but that has gone too. The quality of my vision has varied a bit - also as I was warned it might - but it seems to be settling at a good level, though not absolutely perfect. The staff and optometrists here have been very friendly and helpful. The only thing that has made me feel slightly 'processed' is the fact that I got a reminder text, phone call and email about my first appointment (before I had paid), but none for the more important follow-up appointments. Still, generally it has been everything I hoped it would and I'm really enjoying not having to wear glasses or contacts.
