Right from agreeing the finance package through to experiencing surgery and aftercare the whole experience has been designed to make it an easy and straightforward experience. I was nervous initially about doing anything with my body and this took the anxiety away. All staff were vrey helpful and explained the processes in detail. The surgeon made me feel very at ease and was extremely accurate in the after response. (I was told to go out to eat around 4 hous after the surgery and my eyes stopped running directly before that!) The fact that I was able to get back to work the next day was very good and also to experience an immediate improvement in sight the next day was amazing!
