My husband and I have both attended the Motherwell store in the last two weeks and every time the staff have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful.My husband had to have glasses and the girls were very helpful in assisting him choosing the frames .Jade especially helpful in the process . The lady who tested my eyes today was very nice and made me feel at ease
