They do not even deserve 1 star in my books. I ordered my glasses October 07, 2017 and even though I was told I would receive it in 4-5 days it is now over one month and nothing. I have been sending messages where there would choose to reply days after with always the same thing that my glasses has been dispatched and I would receive 4-5 days and still I have not received. I called and spoke to someone this morning requesting a refund but was told my glasses was dispatched which is contradictory, since I just received a message from them saying that my glasses will be dispatched on Monday November 13. When I mentioned this to the person over the phone, the call got disconnected.
