I have used this service to send my own glasses to have it prescripted. It does take a while because you have to send it to them first and then they send it back afterwards. My only problems with this is that I have to pay for shipping to send my own glasses, plus shipping to make the order. I should not have to ship my glasses and still have a fee it should be already covered in the order. Other than that, they work as required to personalized to my own glasses.
