I broke two sets of glasses with lenses that came with a "replaced for free if broken for any reason" warranty. Well one had damaged frames, not lenses when I fell asleep wearing them and I drove over the other set with my car accidentally. I told them exactly this and they replaced them both. It took a few emails and an $18 processing fee but they did it!
