They will say no to your request to take out money and will request the same documents again. They will charge a fee for not using your account even though you clearly want to close it. It's best not to deal with Opticapital and ignore their claims about following rules. They don't really follow any rules at all. They might happily take your money without checking properly, but they will cause you trouble when you try to take money out. Plus, there's a big fee for withdrawing money. Fortunately, I contacted GREYFOOTS COM RECLAIM and they assisted me in getting my money back.
