Placed an order with optimal print it arrived and was incorrect keen to have the correct order sent out prior to Christmas.
Thought this was quite a simple ask. Spent an hour on live chat to one person (EJ) who was very rude and didn’t help at all and then spoke with an EdenBeth who just ignored me the whole time and also didn’t help. Still not had the issue resolved and need it sorted asap. No one seems to want to help with a simple query awful customer service. What a shame won’t be using them again after having placed a few orders recently.
