The worst, a legit scam, they get paid but will never respond to any of your questions. They will say they tried to call you which has never happened, eve with an appointment! Even my point of contact want answer me once he got my money, I have a feeling that everything I sent them went into a black hole and it is only a matter of time before the IRS takes our house, car and our savings leaving us homeless but at least Optima will get paid
