We heard about Optimum Health from our friend who has dealt with them for years and he met us there to show us the produce he recommended. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We mostly enjoyed the experience but as my husband was in a lot of pain from his injury, he was not able to fully enjoy the experience. But all was good.
