I've been shopping at OHV&Kolya since I've move to AB, always in store as I like to browse around ask questions, the staff is always very helpful and nice, but now I live and hour away so I decided to order online, it was fast in my mailbox, no extra big useless packaging, plus some samples to try and a lovely handwritten note .... little things like this makes me happy
