I have really enjoyed the Shakes, Bars & soup - mostly satisfying. I have been having diet jelly with Strawberries & blueberries to get over any humps. Just over 2 weeks in but only lost 2 kilos. But I do notice a difference with my clothes already. I will keep preserving. Thanks for your enquiry.
