I am trying the platinum shakes, hoping to lose weight so I don't need weight-loss surgery. Been on them for 2 weeks so far not lucky with weight loss. I think you guys should develop an app for us to keep track of our progress with helpful advice etc. Optifast have one which I used while on theirs it was crap but had some helpful hints, just a suggestion can't always go on FB support page.
