I have been using Optislim meal replacement sachets for many years. Whenever I am dieting to reduce weight after Christmas excesses or holidays I replace one or two meals a day with Optislim combined with blueberries or strawberries.
At other times I find them convenient for a quick meal instead of buying take-away.
