We’re having the Optislim VLCD shakes.. Great shakes all flavors are good, my husband and I started them on Jan 9th 2023 and as of today, I’ve lost 5kg and he’s lost 9kg. He works at a desk everyday but does shelf shaking some nights and gardens on the weekend. I’m not doing much after a knee replacement and waiting on the other being done soon.. I just realized a couple of days after we bought the last lot that the buy 3 get one free offer had finished, It would be nice to have this offer running all the time with both of us using them it would help with the cost....
