I was using a well known opposition brand, but they made it difficult by introducing passwords ETC, so I tried Optoslim and it is equally as good. I have reached my goal weight and maintain it by having normal food now and then and if I find I am gaining weight, then I go back on Optislim for few days. I can thoroughly recommend Optislim. I lost 10kg by replacing lunch only six days a week as I only wanted to lose weight slowly.
