I have tried a number of various brands of shakes over the years and found them to either lack true flavour, leave an unpleasant chalky taste in the mouth or just simply not filling. Needless to say I was dubious about trying another weight loss shake. I need to lose 30kg as a start and Optiman shakes are my last attempt. I received my box very quickly and with some trepidation opened the box and the first flavour I tried was the salted caramel. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to shake as per instructions and it was a smooth and very tasty shake with no chalky aftertaste and certainly left me feeling fulfilled. I look forward to seeing the results over the coming weeks. I need to lose a total of 70kg and finally believe I have found a solution I can make part of my everyday routine.
