I need to loose 75kg and at first it was a kg and followed that trend even over Christmas. But it seems to be going the wrong direction and I put on 1.5 kg I thought I was going well, but obviously I'm need to change a few things. I shake twice a day but it doesn't seem to be falling out. Oh! I meant I drink two shake a day. But it is early days and I am in this for the long haul and for the sake of my knees.
