Optislim seems pretty much perfect for my VLED (very low energy diet).. I am replacing 2 meals a day with an Optislim shake and my favourite shakes are Espresso and Salted Caramel. I purchased a Portable Power Blender and it makes the perfect shake... I also purchased a Premium Shaker as back up and this is perfect if I have my first shake of the day very early and don't want anyone to hear me blending my shake. Today I started week 4 of my diet and I will be dieting for a few months to begin with. Very pleased with Optislim for making this possible!
