I am obsessed. I have this once or twice a day and eat my low calories pre packed meals (for convenience sake) for either lunch or dinner. I've lost cravings for the sweet stuff but i did purchase Formulite bars to nibble on in case I do feel a pang for a snack. Caramel has to be my favorite flavour.
