I have been replacing 1 meal a day with the VLCD shakes for 18 months. I initially lost 20 kg in the first 10-12 months and have managed to keep it off. I still drink beer and sometimes eat the wrong thing but have not put any weight back on. In the grips of a cold Melbourne winter I have discovered that having them as a hot cuppa is a great altenative and I look forward to it everyday.
