I'm currently following a VLCD program which came recommended for health reasons. I've yo-yo dieted my whole life, and in the past have tried various shakes etc (none of which were successful long term, however I have found the Optislim products keep me full enough through the day. The VLCD range of Shakes, Soups, and Bars have been great, I can't really fault anything.
