Avoid at all costs - chasing payment and did credit check on me and never been a customer!!! Still not replied to numerous emails
Received an outstanding bill to our business address for another company at another address but somehow their credit department linked our company with another one and are chasing payment!
Despite doing a quick google search I managed to find the other company.
Phoned the company then they said they couldnt speak to me about it due to data protection, despite us now being chased for payment.
So tried emailing (several times), included screenshots of our company and the company who is owed money and then received a pathetic email saying it was with the change of tenancy team. I am not and have never been (nor will be) a customer.
Still waiting for a reply to numerous emails and today I have discovered they have done a credit check on me, despite the person who is owed the money being a different name to me. This is now on my credit history!
Absolute shambles of a company and disgraceful they cant reply, apologise or sort out the issue!
AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE!
