Video evidence on u toob -Opus switched the supply without customer authorisation after speaking to a (dumb) tenant who wasn't responsible for payment of the supply. -Last bill here shown £720 which then jumped to £2200 for a final bill when property sold, because Opus changed the Tariff used to 83p kWh on the final bill. This is 3 times higher tariff than it should be. -Opus have never presented a contract or agreed a tariff with the customer.
