My fault I didn't send the picture to be printed when I paid for my order. Would have been better if they could have told me if the picture had arrived when I asked? I kept sending the picture because I didn't know if it had arrived with them? Not very good with IPad orders.... bit it seemed to have been activated Ok and it arrived at my daughter in laws home on Wed when they said it would! Haven't seen the picture myself to gauge the quality of it as my son and wife live 4 hrs away from us? Thank you for your help.
