I've used Orbit a number of times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the product I've received...........but you need to improve your packaging of your larger prints. My last 2 orders have had larger canvas's in and when received packaging was damaged and with corners exposed, thankfully not sure how but the frames and prints were fine. Keep up the great work but improve the packaging. :)
