I had the worst shopping experience ever with Ordinaree. After exchanging a dress, the replacement they sent was in terrible condition. The dress was unstitched from multiple sides, looking like a used rag rather than a new item. They also failed to apply the 10% discount they promised for the exchanged item. When I contacted customer service, they were completely useless and refused to help. To make matters worse, they demanded that I pay the delivery charges to return the defective dress. This created a frustrating and endless loop with no resolution in sight. Fed up with their pathetic service and broken promises, I decided not to exchange the dress again and am now stuck with a worthless piece of fabric. Ordinaree is a scam and a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store at all costs!
