I ordered a product fully expecting the product to arrive in a reasonable period. This did not happen. I wrote to inquire about the delay in the customer service email option. I received a response that stated I would receive a reply, "Usually within 1 Day". Three days later, still no response, I called the phone number listed and got some action. In all, the 3-5 day delivery I expected was 2 weeks. The phone number I called made the transaction happen. Had I not called, I doubt I would have received my order yet. I will say that the product was satisfactory, even with the time delay. I won't be back. Thank you.
