Did something really pathetic and reached aggravated. If emails could shout mine was probably screaming bloody murder. What surprised me was how they responded to me and I started feeling guilty for acting out and for lashing at people when I knew it was my fault. We talked it out and made the changes I needed and they even applied the discount that I missed to place.
