I read many good reviews and decided to order formula with this company. Never ever. Absolutely careless company! Zero care about their customers.
This company works with DHL, my formula was delivered to a house which is not our house and not our door, DHL does not have a detailed proof of shipment. So, no formula for my baby and no refund.
What they say?
“We do not offer refunds/reshipments for packages that are claimed as lost or stolen once the carrier marks it as delivered." So, I n other words - we don’t care where your formula is and we don’t give you a refund.”
Great, right?
What they offer to help?
That told me to ask everyone around - where is my formula. Go with the baby around the town and ask everyone where my formula is.
Oh, here you go:
“I wanted to extend an additional 10% discount on a future order that you place with us - you can use the code FULFILLED to apply this at checkout.” There is 10% discount on their website for everyone.
Isn’t is so sweet of them? It’s a joke.
So, they took my money, didn’t deliver my formula and saying - order more of something that we don’t deliver and no refund.
They don’t even try to figure out with DHL, just asked for proof of delivery, said if formula was delivered - no refund and that’s it!
On the proof it’s said it was delivered to Elizabeth, NJ which is 1,5 hour away from us.
This company is really careless and don’t even try to help/resolve the situation.
Be ready for misdeliveries. And no refunds. Extremely bad experience!
