I have recently bought two tins (Hipp & Kendamil) of baby formula from organic life start and was initially not happy with the purchase as one of the tins arrived severely dented (but still useable). At first my son refused Hipp but accepted Kendamil and the product seemed rather expensive but Isabelle (the business owner) was very accommodating and gave me a 40% refund. In addition, my son is now drinking both formulas and in spite of pricing, I am so happy to be able to provide our son with organic, quality baby formula rather than the standard formulas which contain a lot of bad ingredients and preservatives. So happy I found access to this quality product that was delivered within a week from UK to Canada. I’ll be ordering again soon.
