The process of ordering and delivery was easy. It came on time. I appreciate their transparency of the Kendamil Stage 2 being out of stock throughout Europe. However, I was able to order some from a site that had it in stock. I think their website needs to be updated in a since to not send reminder emails of restocking their supply when they're sold out. I signed up on the priority list, but I'm still getting emails for the Kendamil Stage 2 being low in stock and to restock now (but can't since this website is out of stock). It can be confusing. Other than that, I plan to reorder from this company once I need to replenish.
