I sent an email for I was so angry when my parcel came and the cans are dented. It gave me a feeling that this is not safe for my twin’s consumption. Due to the stress and upset that I am feeling that time I sent an email with words that are not somewhat unacceptable and not professional. But still the agent that handle my email was so professional and empathized on me. She explained to me the real score for this kind of scenarios and she made me realized that what she explained to me are true and proven. I apologize to her and explained my side as well and I also said to her that the next time I had some issues I will relax myself first before sending an email for I also do not want to hurt other feelings.
