The chocolates I ordered arrived soft, somewhat melted because they were mot shipped with cold packs to insulate them from the brutal Arizona heat. This company provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by refunding my money, and informing me that they are not set up to ship chocolates with necessary insulation. I will definitely be a customer of this company in the future because of how they handled my disappointing experience.
