We ordered several items & were very pleased that one was sent immediately & arrived sooner than expected, with the other items following in a separate shipment that arrived within the promised time, despite the national shipping backups associated with COVID. We also were impressed that the items were efficiently packed & that the shipping materials used were mostly biodegradable, and that wasteful amounts of cushioning & extra packaging were not used.
