Bought items and got email on May 12 stating it was on it's way. Said 5-15 business days (latest June 3rd)
On June 1st I realized something wasn't right as it was going out by UPS...and they get it done. UPS tracking didn't recognize the number. So I emailed company (couldn't get a person or leave a message) and got back an auto email stating "good news, your order has been shipped". So in actuality it was never shipped May 12.
So their solution to the problem of it being 3 weeks before it was really shipped, was not to expedite it to me faster, but send it the original way and have me wait again.
I get it. The pandemic makes it tough and they are probably busy little worker bees trying to keep up. But what they needed to do was admit the mistake and get it to me fast. Not send me an auto email about it being shipped that day. There is time for automation and there's time for customer service.
They just lost a customer.
