We purchased the product (handheld UHF's) through BCF. We had to have the batteries replaced in both units due to not charging. We feel this was due to the fact that they had sat on the shelf for too long & the batteries were unable to be recharged. The returns through BCF was a long process (6mths) mostly due to BCF staff not following up with myself or Oricom. The second claim we put in was direct with Oricom and there is no way we can fault the procedure or the staff members who handled our case.
