We used an Oricom monitor when our eldest child was born and happily bought another Oricom monitor when our second child came along. Recently, the camera suddenly stopped working (we’d only had it for 16 months). After speaking with Oricom tech support and customer service, we received a new camera from them within days. Thankfully we still had our old one to use while we waited (the technology was just a bit outdated)! We are thankful that the replacement process was quick and easy.
