I purchased your DTX4000VP1100 Value pack and when I received it the antenna was broken. Went online and filled in a Warranty Claim but could not upload any photos of the damaged goods, so I emailed your Support Staff and added the photos to show the damage. Next day I received a phone call from a delightful lady who organised a replacement antenna which was shipped out that day and I received it after the weekend.Truly amazing Customer Service. Unfortunately, when I opened the package I noticed 2 things that I had not noticed on the original packaging. There was an additional connector in the new package which wasn't in the original and the label showed that the ANU1100 was not suitable for a Bonnet / Gutter mount which is how I am (was) going to mount the antenna as I have purchased your Oricom BR100Z mounting bracket. I went back to your website and checked all of the pages, Product Details, Spec Sheet and User Guides and could not find any reference to it being unsuitable for a Bonnet / Gutter mount. The BR100Z page also did not mention that the ANU1100 was not suitable for the bracket. So my current situation is that I am unable to instal the antenna (the radio is not a problem) unless I install a Bull Bar or Nudge bar which have the necessay mounting brackets for the antenna. Can you suggest any other mounting bracket / system that I could buy to overcome this problem? I do have roof racks fitted to our MUX if there is an option there but the antenna would be very high. We leave for a 3 month trip to Cape York and Western QLD on the 8th of July and the CB is the last thing we need to instal on our vehicle before we leave. If I could get a solution by the end of the month it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I've missed anything on your website relating to the compatabilty, please let me know. Summing up: Customer Service - Excellent Product: Purchased because it is Australian Owned and Operated Product satisfaction: Let you know in 3 months time when we get back! Have no reason to think we will have any problems. Room for improvement: 1) Allow more than 1 photo / file to be uploaded on your Warranty Claim website so customers can provide you with precise details of the fault. 2) Add a "Compatability Chart" for your antenna v's mounting bracket products. 3) Quality Control improvement at the final packaging stage to identify the missing connector (if it should / should not be included).
