I have several Oricom products, which I rate highly. I have also been really happy with Oricom's excellent customer service. I've contacted them by phone more than once; and each time, I get a human on the other end, who has resolved my question or issue over and above expectations in a courteous and pleasant interaction. This is rare these days, and increases my confidence in the company and their products.
