Your outlet in Taree has always been extremely helpful and has assisted me on many occasions. On contacting Oricom International in Sydney, they were helpful and replaced my"Wake and shake " clock which was not operating on battery power. This arrived promptly this morning. This is the only alarm that will wake me without wearing my hearing aids. Thank you all for your prompt assistance.
