Oricom service was excellent. Camera is very easy to set-up and use. I use it to hook up to the van, backing the van up the driveway. Even used it as a rear Camera on the van when I forgot to put my side mirror extensions on. Battery lasts a long time. Picture quality is good. Highly recommended this product.
