Just Wow! I cannot believe the service! We boiught our UHF at least two years ago. I could not find the reciept so I was initially worried. I sent an email via website and got a phone call from a service tech within minutes!! Daniel from customer support talked me through some troubleshooting but within moments determined the unit to be faulty. I supplied the serial number off the unit and two days later I recieved a brand-new, latest model in the mail, free of charge!!! I will never shop any other brand as long as I live, what service.
