Oricom went well above and beyond in its approach to solving what turned out to be an extremely minor issue in the operating instructions not stating to put "location" feature turned "on" with the reversing camera I purchased. Oricom even went to the trouble of sending a replacement unit on their own volition with ease to ensure it was not a problem within the original unit. Very helpful discussions with the Australian tech staff flushed out the issue. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
