I ordered from OTC and was initially please with my purchase until I discovered I was involuntarily signed up for a loyalty subscription. I was charged $14.95 twice. When I called to ask about the charges the person on the phone made it seem like I chose to join the subscription which I DID NOT. I’m calling my bank to have the charges reversed. Beware of this company.
