Bought car cover 23/3. Arrived with stains. Emailed but no response for 24 hours so emailed again. Immediate response and a promise to send new product to replace. This arrived 12/4 but was actually gauges for another buyer in QLD and not my car cover. At OPG request I printed off a new delivery label and then delivered this to a post box so that it could be sent to correct buyer. Advised cover was being sent. Emailed AM 20/4 asking where product was or tracking number. Subsequently advised that cover hadn’t been sent as previously advised as supplier was out of stock. Was now with a direct freight company, but still not here PM 22/4 - a month after making the original purpose. Very disappointing.
